Fairly expensive New American family-friendly dinner spot opened in late 2020 on the road to Bushkill.
Some best-sellers are the jerk chicken skewers (covered in green mango relish and golden barbecue sauce), southern spring rolls (made with brisket, Mac and cheese, collards and sweet potato slaw), and crispy-skinned black garlic salmon (served with asparagus, potato ragout and preserved lemon Guinness gastrique).
Sote’s weekend brunch menu includes staples such as steak and eggs, eggs Benedict and french toast, along with other goodies such as a spinach and goat cheese croissant (wilted spinach, Hudson Valley goat cheese, sunny up eggs) and its namesake dish, Salt of the Earth (bacalao fritter, Anson Mills grits, tomato onion confit market greens).
