Pocono Heritage Land Trust owns 10 nature preserves and manages two public conservation easements in Monroe County. All of them are open to the public from dawn to dusk, 365 days a year. The preserves offer a variety of trail networks, streams, and natural beauty.

You might spot eastern toads, wood frogs, and fossils showing the marine life of the distant past.
The 10 preserves (as of 2023) are Upper Paradise, Fieldstone Farm, Glen Run, Jonas Mountain, Kumes Paradise Creek, Yankee Run, Pocono Creek, Pomeroy McMichaels, Kephart, and Rail Gap.
