Camelback Resort Conference Center

Camelback Resort Conference Center has the facilities to host corporate meetings and retreats, sales meetings, seminars, and conferences.

The Camelback Grand Ballroom at 7,450 square feet can accommodate up to 400 guests for a sit-down banquet or plated-dinner function. A flexible air-wall system allows the ballroom to be divided to accommodate different sizes of groups and meeting needs. A separate meeting forum offers four breakout rooms, as well as a pre-function area and a bride’s room. The facility features state of the art AV equipment and technology.

Choose from pre-set banquet menus, including buffet and plated-meals, or customized menu options. There is also a number of good restaurants very close to the resort.

Camelback Lodge offers outdoor personal development and team-building activities. Groups have access to the entire Camelback Resort campus, including a treetop ropes course, mountain Segway tours, Pennsylvania’s only mountain coaster, 4,500-foot twin Zip-Flyers, and a 1,000-foot tandem zipline.

You’ve got Camelbeach waterpark in the summer, and skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing in the winter. Team building programs can be customized for any group.
