Two Creek Farm in Lakewood produces pastured eggs, broilers, grass-fed lamb, maple syrup, and CBD flower and oil way up in the northernmost Pocono Mountains. Their honor-system farm stands on the corner of Two Creek Farm. Their farming approach prioritizes animal welfare and ecology. We use biological processes without chemical inputs to produce delicious nutrient-dense food that is good for you and for the planet.
They’ve got a farm stand where you can pick up fresh rainbow eggs, flowers, and vegetables. It’s a self-serve from 7 am ’til 8 pm.
Two Creek Farm is a 100-acre regenerative farm. Their goal is to enable agriculture to regenerate the ecosystem, soil, and biodiversity, while also regenerating our local community through building a local food system and economy.
Turkeys are all sold in October.
