Lehighton 4th of July Fireworks: A small town in the Pocono Mountains, Lehighton is home to the only community Fourth of July fireworks display in Carbon County. The professional fireworks show, sponsored by the Lehighton Downtown Initiative, takes place at 9:30 p.m. in downtown Lehighton. According to the downtown initiative, you’ll want to set your chairs up along Sgt. Stanley Hoffman Boulevard for the best viewing of the town’s pyrotechnic display.
