A “Soirée” is coming to the Delmonico Room October 7th! This intimate 40 person dinner will be hosted by Max Tucci , grandson of Oscar Tucci, who established Delmonico as the gold standard of American fine dining and hospitality. Delmonico recently reopened in NYC with Max as 3rd generation partner and Global Brand Officer. Chef Kavon Langley of Hotel Fauchère will add his touch to original Delmonico recipes for the pre-fixe menu event, and Tucci will showcase the famous Cherries Jubilee.
This one-night-only dinner celebrating Tucci’s book, “The Delmonico Way: Sublime Entertaining & Legendary Recipes from the Restaurant that Made New York! Published by Rizzoli,” The Delmonico Room originated with Swiss-American chef and hotelier Louis Fauchère, best known as chef at Delmonico’s Restaurant in New York City.
