The 2nd Annual Black Forest Krampusnacht Festival will be held this year on the grounds of Pocono Whitewater Rafting.
Prepare to be transported to a different era of time stepping into Black Forest Krampusnacht. Enjoy this immersive fairy tale experience with a “Running of the Krampus” ceremony, local vendor and food section, Beer Garden, Christmas Tree Tannenbaum benefiting Toys for Tots, a live polka band, free kids’ craft area, and more.
You can kick the festival weekend off a night early at the Krampus Ball on Friday, December 2nd, hosted by Cafe Arielle at the Stabin Museum in Jim Thorpe. Get your tickets for the Dec 2 Krampus Ball here.
Gather round a bonfire for s’mores and storytelling, grab a stein of beer at the beer & wine garden, and hit up one of the food vendors on site. See them on Instagram here.
Krampus is a German folk character. He is the counterpart of Saint Nicholas. Saint Nicolas rewards good children, and Krampus punishes the naughty! Please Note: This is a family fun festival. This festival is not suitable for children under 5 years of age.
