Catskill Food Truck

Catskill Food Truck is a mobile food truck stationed at Catskill Brewery. It serves the communities of Livingston Manor, Roscoe, Callicoon, and many other locations in the Western Catskill region. They offer delicious, locally sourced food and ingredients, with a festive mobile food experience.

Try it out at the brewery and enjoy a beer with your meal. You can book the truck exclusively for your private party, wedding or event. They serve burgers, tacos, hog roasts, churros, and more. They’ll come up with a new menu just for your event based on what you’d like.

In the summer, you’ll find them at the brewery Thursday thru Sunday. Try smoked trout rilette, a custom short rib, skirt, and chuck burger, and a Catskill pomme frites.
